We ship nationwide within Australia in compliance with national regulations regarding coral products - please check our shipping page for your location. All coral items are carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit, with special handling instructions included for delivery services.

Our Virgin Australia Cargo shipping rates are set at a flat rate of $108. All prices include tracking with every shipment. Please note that due to the live nature of coral products, we ship to your nearest airport to minimize transit time and ensure optimal arrival conditions.

Gently dust coral pieces with a soft, dry brush or cloth to remove debris. Avoid using water, chemicals, or harsh cleaning products as these can damage the delicate coral structure. Store in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and deterioration.

Due to the fragile and unique nature of coral products, we have a limited returns policy. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the coral arrived damaged or significantly different from what was described. All coral pieces are photographed before shipping, and returns must include original packaging with careful protective wrapping to prevent further damage. Given that each coral piece is naturally unique in shape, size, and coloration, we cannot accept returns based on minor variations in appearance. Please inspect your coral products immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues - refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

We ship orders out as soon as possible after we receive them. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we may postpone shipments to the following week if our shipping partner advises of delays or during public holidays.
